mrjudi33 Terms & Conditions

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register for or use the mrjudi33 Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. mrjudi33 reserves the right to request government-issued proof of age at any time. Any Account found to have been opened by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds returned to the payment source, and any winnings forfeited.

2.2 Eligibility. You must not be a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction. You must be legally permitted to engage in online gambling under the laws applicable to you. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering with mrjudi33.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one mrjudi33 Account. Opening multiple Accounts — whether using the same identity, shared devices, shared payment methods, or shared IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. mrjudi33 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate Accounts and to void any bets or winnings associated with them.

2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mrjudi33 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your Account credentials with any third party. mrjudi33 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where such use arises from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access. You must notify mrjudi33 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. Contact our 24/7 support team via in-platform live chat.

3.3 Account Verification. mrjudi33 may at any time request identity verification documents, including but not limited to national identity cards, passports, proof of address, or payment method documentation, as required for Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance purposes. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension.

3.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. mrjudi33 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant Accounts, subject to prior notification. Members may reactivate dormant Accounts by contacting customer support.

4.1 Deposits. Deposits to your mrjudi33 Wallet must be made using payment methods available on the Platform, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX online banking, and major Malaysian debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is RM5. mrjudi33 does not accept cash deposits or payments from third-party sources. All deposits must originate from payment instruments registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where operationally feasible. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. mrjudi33 targets processing of withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, with Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow withdrawals typically completing within 5–15 minutes of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals to Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank accounts typically clear within the same business day.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum withdrawal amount is RM30. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard. Members who have not completed KYC verification may be subject to lower withdrawal limits.

4.4 Currency. All Wallet balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). mrjudi33 does not operate multi-currency accounts.

5.1 Bet Acceptance. A Bet is accepted only when mrjudi33 has confirmed acceptance and the bet appears in your transaction history. Network interruptions or display errors on your end do not constitute bet confirmation. mrjudi33 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any Bet at its sole discretion without providing reasons.

5.2 Asian Handicap & Odds. All Asian Handicap, Over/Under, 1X2, and other odds offered on the sportsbook are subject to change until the moment a Bet is confirmed. Odds displayed at the time a Bet slip is opened are indicative and may differ from the odds at confirmation where market movements occur.

5.3 Void Bets. Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment or postponement, obvious pricing errors, technical failures, or evidence of match manipulation. In all void cases, the original stake is returned to the Member's Wallet.

5.4 In-Play Betting. Live in-play bets are subject to delays in bet acceptance to account for real-time data transmission. mrjudi33 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time without notice.

5.5 Casino & Slots. All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. RTP figures are published for slot titles and represent long-run statistical return averages, not guaranteed returns per session. Results of any individual session may deviate significantly from published RTP figures.

6.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers made available on the mrjudi33 Platform are subject to individual promotion terms and conditions published at the time of each promotion. Unless stated otherwise, promotions are available to verified Members in good standing only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements before expiry will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and associated winnings.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. mrjudi33 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim Bonus Funds where evidence of bonus abuse is identified, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies intended to extract bonus value without genuine play, coordinated multi-Account abuse, or use of automated betting systems.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mrjudi33 Platform:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or through proxies
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or exploitation of insider information
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place or manage bets
• Colluding with other Members or third parties in casino games to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or miscalculated odds — any winnings arising from such exploitation may be voided
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation during KYC verification

Violation of any prohibition listed above may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

All content on the mrjudi33 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, software code, and game assets, is the exclusive property of mrjudi33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the express written consent of mrjudi33.

9.1 The mrjudi33 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mrjudi33 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9.2 mrjudi33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings arising from technical failures, network outages, or third-party service interruptions beyond mrjudi33's reasonable control.

9.3 mrjudi33's total liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that Member's Wallet at the time the claim arises.

mrjudi33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools to all Members, accessible from within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts
• Session Time Limits: Automated reminders at defined session durations
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions of 24 hours to 6 weeks
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or time-limited account closure available immediately on request
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications showing time elapsed and net position during active sessions

mrjudi33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via the email address registered on their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the amendment takes effect, except where changes are required urgently for legal, regulatory, or security reasons. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under mrjudi33's international gaming authority licensing framework, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the mrjudi33 Platform, you agree to first contact mrjudi33 customer support to seek an informal resolution. mrjudi33 will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within 14 business days.

12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable gaming authority's dispute resolution mechanism. The language of arbitration shall be English.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit mrjudi33's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction.
